Cancellation Policy

To avoid losing your deposit please cancel 24 hours before your appointment. deposits are deducted from total groom price. If pet owners would like their pet to interact with other dogs owner takes full responsibility should your dog be aggressive and injure another pet. Pet owners agree that should they request play time should an incident happen between two dogs that the owners will not hold spoiled pets or Kritter Kamp responsible and any vet bills resulting from injury will be settled between dog owners. should an owner fail to inform spoiled pets that their dog has a flea infestation (20 or more fleas) that an additional charge will apply. if owner fails to inform groomer of severe matting owner understands that the agreed cut will change according to the safety of the animal being groomed. Owner understands that pets move suddenly, attack grooming equipment and can suffer injuries. owner understands that these are common risks and should a pet suffer a nick or burn or scrape during grooming that owner will not sue spoiled pet parlor for any damages what so ever even if accidental death occurs. senior animals are more likely to suffer from heart failure due to separation or anxiety of the grooming process and owner understands that bringing in a seniorhas such risks and should heart failure happen owner shall not hold spoiled pets or kritter kamp responsible in any way.
